Directions
Public transport links are abundant from both of Rome’s
airports, and are usually quicker and certainly far
cheaper than taking taxis. If you do take a taxi, make
sure you get the fixed airport-city centre fare.
The Hotel Abruzzi Rome is located at Piazza della Rotonda
69, Roma 00186. On arrival in the city of Rome, if you’re
taking a taxi or asking directions, simply ask for the
Pantheon, as we’re literally a stone’s throw
away. (Even a very large stone!) A taxi from Termini
Central Station will cost 15-20 Euro during the day,
more after 9pm. Alternatively, you could take the Metro
to Barberini and walk the rest of the way – it’s
about 15 minutes on foot.
Metro : Barberini is on the red A
line, two stops from Termini in the direction of Battistini.
Exit to the right of the station and walk down Via Tritone,
past the headquarters of the Il Messaggero
newspaper. Turn left onto Via del Corso – the
very spine of Rome – then right onto Via del Seminario.
Within about 15 minutes total walking time you should
reach the Pantheon and you’ll find the Hotel Abruzzi
Rome right opposite. |
